As per the official schedule, AILET 2024 exam will be conducted on December 10 from 11 am to 1 pm.
To be eligible for the five year programme of BA LLB (Hons.), a candidate should have scored 45 per cent marks in senior secondary school examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination (40 per cent in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities). Candidates appearing for the Class 12 annual examination in 2024 are eligible to apply.
There are a total of 110+10 (110 seats on AILET merit; 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit). total seats. Foreign nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET but should have 65 per cent marks in the qualifying examination. Also, there are additional supernumerary seats: one seat for Kashmiri Migrants and two seats for residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
